The bloodshed in Kiev is also adding to the country's financial woes. Ratings agency Standard and Poor's has announced it's cutting the country's credit rating for the second time in less than a month to a triple-C. Ukraine just barely avoided bankruptcy last year, after Russia agreed to a $15 billion dollar bailout package.
