Ukraine's government has signed a deal with opposition leaders, but many protesters were still not satisfied.
A judge has denied a request by prosecutors to put former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili under house arrest. He is accused of trying to bring down the Ukrainian president.
Earlier this week Mikheil Saakashvili was dramatically busted out of police custody by a mob of supporters. But authorities have now taken him back into custody.
Saakashvili supporters have fought Ukrainian security forces in Kyiv after they prevented police from arresting the former Georgian leader. Saakashvili has called on Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to step down.
All of Ukraine, minus Crimea, has been declared a new state by Donetsk separatists in the east. Their new nation of 'Malorossiya' has a flag and a map. Germany has condemned it as "completely unacceptable."
