In Uganda, more than half the population is below the age of 15. So how to reach young people with positive messages? One TV station has turned to a 14-year-old girl who uses rap to talk about problems like corruption and poverty.
Teenage rapper Zoe Kabuye, a.k.a. MC Loy, regularly presents current events on Newzbeat, a program aired by Uganda's NTV channel. The "rap-orter's" news rhymes are hugely popular with a young audience.
