Train rams bus, killing up to 11 in Kenya

As many as 11 people have been killed in Kenya when a train hit a bus at a traffic crossing. Many other people were injured in the crash.

The accident occurred in Wednesday morning's commute in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi. A passenger bus crossing over railroad tracks at a crossing was hit by the oncoming train.

"The bus crossed the line as the train came at a high speed," said Nairobi police chief Banson Kibui.

The roads in the city's Eastlands district were crowded during the morning commute at the time of the accident.
