Zeinab Koumanthio Diallo has returned to her native Guinea. The renowned and widely successful African poet and author is on a personal mission: to chronicle and restore traditional Peul customs – and to empower young women.
Zeinab Koumanthio Diallo is a Peul poet engaged in promoting the culture of her Guinean ethnic group. She has opened a museum in Labé, the town where she was born. Her aim is to preserve the Peul culture.
