Greece is warning of a burden it says cannot be sustained. Thousands of refugees and migrants are stranded in Greece after four Balkan countries announce cap on migrant arrivals.
Dozens of asylum seekers have reported being targets of sexual abuse in Greece's overcrowded island camps, according to the UNHCR. The refugee agency wants the government to make the centers safer for women and children.

Germany has said it is resettling the last few migrants from Greece and Italy under the EU's relocation scheme. Germany took in just over one-third of the expected number of refugees under the agreement.
The Italian coast guard has said it coordinated the rescue of some 800 migrants from the Mediterranean Sea. Seven children with water in the lungs were transferred to a hospital in Tunisia.
