Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has hit back at accusations – from none other than the Pope – that his plan to build a wall between Mexico and the United States – is not in line with Christian values.

US border agent Lonnie Swartz is accused of shooting dead a stone-throwing teenager on the Mexican side of the border. The murder trial is believed to be the first of its kind in the US.
Trump says the tariffs, which target the world's major producers, are in response to unfair trade practices. Business associations condemned the move; Asian markets fell, with investors fearing a global trade war.
Donald Trump is defending his pledge to build a "big, beautiful wall" on the US's border with Mexico. The president says his position on his most popular campaign promise "has never changed or evolved."
