If you’re a lover of gourmet cuisine, Switzerland’s the place for you! In relation to its population it is the European country with the most Michelin starred restaurants. One of its cooking superstars is Sven Wassmer.
Sebastien Bras said he wants to be "liberated" from the stress of keeping Michelin stars. Bras is the first chef to be allowed to withdraw after several of his colleagues shut their restaurants due to the pressure.
