Comic books have entertained generations of readers -- and now the internet is creating exciting new possibilities for this art form. The stories have become more complex, and interactive.
Generally speaking, German comics are not particularly popular abroad. The first chapter of the novel has now been translated in 25 languages -- and some of that has been done by fans. The first three chapters are now available in book-form.
