The 51-year-old French veteran clinches the title in one of the toughest ever Dakar Rally editions

On a day of storms in Bolivia, nine-time world rally champion Frenchman Sebastien Loeb clinched the stage victory. Stephane Peterhansel took the overall lead as the day's action was cut short.
