Following British Prime Minister David Cameron's resignation and leading Brexit campaigner Boris Johnson's departure from the running as his successor, speculation is rife and candidates are many, as the Tories scramble to decide who will take over.
UK Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson has said he wants to reach out to Remain voters who still have concerns about Brexit. Johnson said a second Brexit vote would result in another year of "wrangling and turmoil."
UK Prime Minister Theresa May has called for a security treaty between the EU and Britain "to protect all EU citizens." European Commission chief Jean-Claude Juncker said security ties between the two will be upheld.
The UK Prime Minister was in the luxurious ski resort of Davos on Thursday, where her speech focused on free trade and the need for tech giants to take more social responsibility. She also met US President Donald Trump.
The move is aimed at addressing what is considered a national health issue, and honoring slain Labour MP Jo Cox. Cox, who was murdered in the run-up to the Brexit referendum in 2016, advocated for help for the lonely.
