Reiner Calmund made his name as Bayer Leverkusen's commercial manager. He is credited with bringing some of the top East German footballers into the Bundesliga after the fall of the Berlin wall.

They included Michael Ballack and Ulf Kirsten. Now Reiner Calmund is planning to work in an advisory role for Dynamo Dresden.
And he is offering his services for free. "What is happening in Dresden is incredible. I can feel an unbelievable passion for the game," he tells us.
