We head to Portugal where artist Vhils uses an electric drill for his work. Unlike other street artists Vhils doesn't operate under the cover of darkness. We see the amazing works of art he and his assistants produce on walls when they chisel and drill away at bricks and mortar. We meet up with Vhils in Covilhà, about 300 kilometers northeast of Lisbon.
