It'll monitor your pulse while you jog, your brain activity while you sip coffee. It's called a "Self-Tracker." Fitness armbands and apps monitor everything. But they're not perfect.
Sports scientist Claudius Kohdadad says that though fitness armbands can help some people, it's better to become more aware of your body. Self-monitoring devices can't replace comprehension and self-perception.
