Schengen collapse would cost EU dearly

A study by the Bertelsmann foundation is warning about the collapse of the Schengen zone. The re-introduction of border controls in Europe would massively damage the economy. The worst case scenario would mean losses of up to 1,4 trillion Euros until 2025.
