Many people suffer from burning and painful eyes as a result of focusing too long on a computer monitor. Alongside gazing out the window there are a few helpful exercises to help relieve tired eyes. Rub your hands together until they are warm and lay your palms over your closed eyes. Taking a deep yawn also helps to stimulate the tear ducts and moisten the eyes.
