Recommended - Albertus Ackermann, Mudflats Guide, shows us his favourite spots

Born on the island of Borkum, Albertus Ackermann earns his living guiding tourists across the North Sea mudflats, pointing out the fascinating marine life along the way. He's also a bit of a musician.
