Thuli Madonsela will be ending her term as people's protector this week. During her time in office she's claimed a special place in the nation's heart, and particularly amongst its youth. She's not an Instagram celebrity though, but an advocate and constitutional force who stood up for the little people across South Africa and brought state organs to account.
