One girl's bid to save the frogs

Lars Bevanger, Manchester, EnglandApril 19, 2016

Around 200 different frog species have disappeared in recent decades, and many more are critically endangered. One of the root causes is the chytrid fungus, a parasite that is infecting frogs on a global scale. Conservationists are fighting hard to save more of the amphibians from extinction. One of them is a 10-year-old girl from England. She's trying to protect the lemur leaf frog.
