Jollof rice is one of West Africa's favorite foods. It is made in various ways in many countries in the region. But for World Jollof rice day, Nigeria and Ghana has engaged in its annual "rice off" poking fun at the opposing country's way of cooking this dish. So to adjudicate, Sierra Leonian, Abu-Bakarr Jalloh came to the studio to add some spice to the arguments.
