In summer, outdoor music festivals are mushrooming wherever you look. There is dancing, camping and for some, illegal drug use. Unfortunately, some of that drug use has ended in severe illness and even deaths; which is why the authorities in the UK have set up special tents at some festivals, allowing people to bring their drugs along to have them tested, before they take them.
