Welcome back... with the global economy cooling rapidly, politicians and economists are working overtime to develop strategies that will lead their countries out of the financial crisis. Everyone agrees that the situation is serious and with economic forecasts looking worse every day, it's time to act. But not everyone agrees on how best to tackle the problems.
