A constitutional spat in Poland has seen tens of thousands of people take to the streets to protest –both for and against the government. The ruling conservative party, which won elections in October, is seeking to appoint its own nominees as judges to the country's top court. And that's led to claims by the opposition that the government is trying to manipulate state institutions.
