Police investigate torture at German school

Police are investigating a case of alleged torture by schoolchildren in the southern German city of Hildesheim. Four students all aged 17 have been arrested and charged with torturing a fellow student for months on end, videotaping it and publishing the footage online. During house searches in Hildesheim, 30 km (18 miles) south of Hannover, police found photo and video evidence of the torture and are continuing their questioning of students and teachers at the Werner von Siemens school.
