À la carte: Perch filet in Finland

Chef Michael Björklund studied the art of cooking with world-reknowned French master chef Paul Bocuse, used to be a popular TV cook in Finland and now has his own restaurant on the island of Fasta Åland. He prepares freshly caught perch filet.
