Paula D'Albuquerque lives in Curitiba, Brazil, and graduated in photography technology from Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná. Paula is currently working as a freelance photographer, more focused on events, but her personal work includes street photography, documentary and photo art. Right now, she is using mobile photography to put together a documentary piece.

Paula's picture was taken on her last birthday on August 23, 2014, when she decided to spend the day taking a train trip.

"It was a rewarding experience, the places I knew and the photographs I took, with most of them stored in memory. But this, certainly was one of my favorite of the few registered, it can send me a lot of what I felt that day," says Paula.
