Doctors say a good diet is important, but some people take it too far. Their concern with eating healthily becomes an obsession. The disorder is called orthorexia. Sufferers develop a fixation with eating only what they perceive as being healthy food. This can lead to them becoming socially isolated, for example, or being tortured by feelings of guilt.
