No more deliveries. DHL plans to cut 15 thousand jobs in the US (10.11.2008) je 17

The US has proven to be a big minus sign for the European logistics giant Deutsche Post. The German company has just announced it plans to get out of the domestic US express delivery market early next year, and cut 15-thousand jobs at its money-losing DHL unit. DHL has not been able to compete profitably against FedEx and UPS in the American market.
