Neuzelle monastery in the state of Brandenburg originally had a Gothic cloister church. In the 17th and 18th centuries the Cistercian monks extended and rebuilt it in the Baroque style and laid out a Baroque garden. In 2018 the monastery will celebrate the 750th anniversary of its founding.
