Five neo-Nazis received suspended sentences of 16 to 22 months in prison after a Munich court found them guilty of membership in a terrorist organization and handling explosives. They were accused of plotting a bomb attack during the groundbreaking ceremony for a new Jewish center in Munich on Nov. 9, 2003. According to Germany's federal prosecutor, the defendants' goal was to bring about a regime modeled after the Nazi dictatorship. Martin Wiese, the group's leader, still has not been sentenced.
