Almost a month after the terrorist attacks in the Belgian capital city Brussels, the Maalbeek metro station has reopened. The station is heavily guarded by the police as commuters embrace routine.
Authorities in Belgium have charged a man with terror offenses over the deadly March 2016 suicide bombings in Brussels. The announcement comes after a day of counter-terrorism raids in which several people were detained.
Belgian prosecutors have charged a 30-year-old in connection with terror attacks in Paris and Belgium. The suspect is related to others implicated in the attacks.

Memorials, a moment of silence, and a "minute of noise" have been held to commemorate the one-year anniversary of the Brussels terror attacks. The triple bomb blasts killed 32 people and wounded more than 300 others.
