German police have carried out nine raids in connection with an investigation into Berlin's Islamist scene and last December's Christmas market attack. Some suspects are thought to have joined the "Islamic State."
Police in Berlin have said that two bags of bullets found near a Christmas market in western Berlin had no link to terrorist activities. The munitions were uncovered in an underground car park.
One year on from the Christmas market terrorist attack, people affected are set to get more money and better help. It's the latest step in efforts to make up for a poor initial response to the tragic events in Berlin.
