Having had an earful of loud music and enough of their neighbor’s apparent mountain of trash, two German men in their forties stand accused of setting fire to an apartment in the city of Weissenthurm in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. Though there were no injuries, police on Monday arrested the men, according to the public prosecutor in Koblenz. A 45-year-old is also accused of having aided in the arson attack that ended without any injuries. Investigators are seeking to determine whether the attack against a family from Serbia Montenegro was a bias crime against the foreigners. Investigators said the perpetrators poured gasoline in a storage room of the apartment building and set it alight.
