Joy Doreen Biira is a Ugandan broadcast journalist currently working with Kenya Television Network (KTN) in Nairobi.
She has produced content for and hosted the pan-African show "Africa Speaks" and presents "Business Today", a one hour program that airs every weekday across 12 countries on the continent.
Joy Doreen Biira holds a degree in information technology from Makerere University in Uganda. A keen environmentalist, she played a key role in the 2010 Ugandan reforestation campaign "31 Million Ugandans, 31 Million Trees", which is part of a collective effort to mitigate the effects of global warming.
