Brazilian police have arrested two men suspected of taking part in the gang rape of a teenager. Authorities have been carrying out raids in favelas since a video of the crime was posted on social media.
Some of the girls were infants, as young as eight months, and none of the victims was older than 12. The fight for mineral resources has led some to dub the DR Congo "the rape capital of the world."
