It was a busy week for French president Emmanuel Macron. On Tuesday, he adressed the European Parliament in Strasbourg for the first time, outlining his plans for what can safely be called a re-boot of the EU. He then went on to Berlin to meet with Chancellor Angela Merkel. But there he found not everyone is as enthuisiastic about Emmanuel Macron's plans as Emmanuel Macron.
