Visiting Fukushima

More than 19,000 people were killed in the tsunami disaster that hit Japan five years ago. Entire villages were destroyed - and the nuclear plant at Fukushima went into meltdown. One of the world's most highly developed, high-tech countries had to admit that it was unable to prevent - and struggling to cope with - what was later deemed the world's second-worst nuclear disaster after Chernobyl.
