Poland turns back the clock on wind energy

The EU encourages member states to opt for renewable energy to combat climate change. But Poland's strongly coal-based economy seems to be moving in the other direction. Scores of wind turbines have been built on the country's windy Baltic Sea coastline over the last two decades. But now Poland is introducing tough restrictions on the construction of new wind farms.
