Norway became of the first countries in the world to ratify the Paris treaty at a UN ceremony in New York in April. Like other signatories, the country must now cut its emissions to stop global temperatures rising by more than 2 degrees Celsius. So how will one of the world’s largest oil and gas producers manage to its emissions by 40 percent by 2030?
