Spain's smart city where sensors are changing people's lives

Santander, on Spain's Atlantic coast, has emerged as a prototype for high-tech 'smart cities' worldwide. It's blanketed with sensors that measure everything from air pollution to free parking spaces. It's all part of a push to save millions on utility bills, and improve services for citizens. Lauren Frayer investigates how city officials have pulled this off in the middle of a recession.
