Jürgen Resch: 'The state is behaving like a criminal'

The director of Germany's Deutsche Umwelthilfe environment protection organization has criticized the fact that politicians "increasingly ...fail to implement laws and regulations." Speaking to DW, Jürgen Resch said policymakers are obliged to do so, even if "large industrial groups have other interests."
