President Giorgio Napolitano is meeting with political leaders in the wake of more political turbulence in Italy. Enrico Letta has announced his resignation after his own party withdrew their support for his government. That opens the door for Matteo Renzi, who is widely expected to become Italy’s next Prime Minister.
