Inside Europe: Will Frankfurt benefit from Brexit?

Several European cities have been salivating at the prospect of luring international banks and other financial insititutions away from London after Brexit. Frankfurt in Germany is the leading contender. It's home to the European Central Bank which supervises the euro and hosts a medium size financial centre. But not everyone in Frankfurt is putting out the welcome mat. Stephen Beard reports.
