Inside Europe: Turkish referendum furthers national divide

On Wednesday, the electoral reform commission in Turkey announced that it would not annul the results of Sunday's referendum which saw President Erdogan win by a narrow margin the right to extend his powers. Since the weekend there have been daily protests across the country. Emma Wallis asked correspondent, Dorian Jones, whether the commission's decision would help to calm troubled waters?
