US Vice President Joe Biden joined European leaders at a summit in the Croatian capital, Zagreb this week, to discuss the refugee crisis and terror threats. There have been tensions amongst West Balkan countries as they try to deal with the record inflow of migrants and refugees, currently at around five thousand a day.
