British Prime Minister Theresa May has unveiled a package of punitive measures in retaliation for the attempted murder of a former Russian double agent and his daughter on British soil. The British government claims that Sergei and Yulia Skripal were attacked with a deadly nerve agent developed by Russia. The Kremlin denies any involvement in the attack.
