Inside Europe: The last bastion of bistro chairs in France

One of the most recognizable fixtures of the Paris streetscape is the cane bistro chairs with their woven seats in front of cafes. Once some 40 workshops produced these chairs in Paris. Today, most are made in Asian factories. But one company retains all of its production in France, passing down a labor-intensive craft tradition from generation to generation.
