The French authorities and French Muslims have been thinking hard about how mosques in France should be funded, in order to attempt to fight the scourge of extremism which has been responsible for numerous terror attacks over the last few years. John Laurenson went along to Angers to find out how the debate is playing out in the Muslim community there.
