The Moldovan government has been in shambles since almost 12 percent of its GDP disappeared in one day in 2014, in one of the biggest banking scandals ever. Moldovans have been fighting back through public protests, but so far little change can be seen. Many of the country's most talented people have left. But as Justin Grotelueschen reports, those who stay, struggle to make a better country.
