A bold project has opened in Bologna aimed at showcasing the best of edible Made in Italy. FICO Eataly World offers visitors 100,000 square metres dedicated to Italian food culture. 2 hectares of open-air fields and stables and 8 hectares of indoor restaurants, shops, as well as production and teaching facilities. It's being hailed as the largest agri-food park in the world. Dany Mitzman reports.
